Precision Window Tinting is looking to hire qualified professional window tint installers immediately. We are a high volume shop working with mostly customer tint installation and some dealership work. Every day will be exciting for you here - new and unique vehicles come in and out daily.

We required the upmost of professionalism working with our company. You will need to properly tint from start to finish every vehicle presented to you. Precision compensates you based on your amount of work completed, correctly. You're responsible for your work area, workflow and professionalism.

Requirements of this position includes :

• Ability to tint windows. Includes from start to finish - cleaning to installation - to delivery of completed vehicle.
• 2 years in the industry
• Ability to use a plotter to cut window film, ability to hand cut patterns or BOTH is a huge leg up in this business
• Ability to multi task
• Clean work appearance. Be presentable to our guests.
• Ability to work 6 days a week. Monday through Saturday.

This position is commission based. We have the work and need the great team members to help us complete the work we have. You go at your own pace - this means you can be in total control of how much you make. The pay is based on the type of vehicle and the work completed on that vehicle.

If you have the ability to install clear bra, vehicle wraps or even ceramic coating - this will be a value to you and will increase your pay. This is not a requirement, but we offer those services currently and if you can install, you will get the job to increase your pay.

Also we offer flat glass tinting to our customers and if you're able to do residential / commercial window tinting that would put you above and beyond the other candidates.

Pay: $75,154.00 - $129,001.00 per year
